²⁹ The way of the Lord^[a] is a stronghold for the upright,
    but destruction for evildoers.
³⁰ The righteous man will never be destroyed,
    but the wicked will not remain in the land.
³¹ The mouth of the righteous dispenses wisdom,
    but the perverse tongue will be cut off.
